Past

In the tribe

The children grew up among the Bronzetooth Keeper tribe in the Black Shroud. Kigoh'a's mother, Kigoh Mhezra, adopted Minato into their family when he was still a baby when his mother, Mina Qembe died of unknown causes. Minato (then known as Mina'a) was given the name Mina'to Mhezra so he could grow up as part of the family. When Kigoh gave birth to a baby daughter, she named her Mina in memory of Minato's birth mother. Both Mina and Minato were never told of Minato's past, and both believe they are blood related.

Mina and Minato's disappearance

Minato and Mina were ambushed while out hunting with their mother Kigoh and taken to Kugane's red light district where their mother was forced to work and the children were made to do chores and labour. They were able to escape, and grew up living with adoptive Hyur parents in Kugane. Kigoh is presumed dead as she was unable to escape with the children. Mina left the Kimura family home at 18 in search of her father, and ends up back in the Shroud. After being reunited with Minato years later, the two began to run their bar.When Mina, Minato and Kigoh were kidnapped and taken to Kugane, Kigoh'a had been out hunting with his father Nehza'a Pagha, and had no knowledge of what had happened. He believes it to be his own fault as he was unable to go and rescue them and his father wouldn't allow him to venture out alone at his age.It is rumoured that Nehza’a (their father) disliked the siblings Minato and Mina and this is the reason why he didn’t go after them. It is also rumoured he was cheating on Kigoh. An even worse rumour is that he organised the kidnapping, but he fled the tribe before any of this could be investigated. His whereabouts are unknown.Mina and Minato run their bar in the Lavender Beds, hosting events and meeting many people. The siblings have been caught up in the doings of a Bahamut cult, Mina having been kidnapped and experimented on in an laboratory, resulting in her left eye turning purple and becoming afflicted by the same voidsent as her friend Artair. Minato has vowed to protect and save Mina in any way he can, which has resulted in him making a pact with a cult member to win a tournament to cure Mina's ailment.

Present

Mina currently is in training to learn to fight again and use her voidal powers for her own gain, becoming a 'Reaper' and using a scythe for battle. When she isn't running the Sheep with Minato she's performing with her band MEWS after reconnecting with their older brother Kigoh'a and learning the truth of their family background.
